**This boat is being sold without a mooring**

Boatshed London is delighted to bring this spacious wide beam to the market.

The main entrance from the steering deck opens into a galley that is substantially larger than average. The heads boast a decent sized bath and a separate shower, and a newly fitted composting toilet.

A significant improvement recently made by the owner was to fit a domestic Worcester boiler, professionally converted to run on diesel. This powerful unit is the same as you would find in a house or flat, and provides the hot water and heats the radiators.

The comfortable cabin has built-in clothes storage, with the opportunity to reinstate the holding tank under the bed if required.

BSS is valid until July 2023.
