This luxury 2 bedroom Widebeam was only bought through ourselves a few months ago but the owner has now got to relocate due to work and there is no canal near his new location. She had a good full survey (which is available to the buyer) in May 2017 and the hull was very good, she was blacked whilst out and a new rudder bearing fitted. The engine and Webasto were both serviced in January this year. She is on a lovely residential mooring which can be transferred with the boat. The main bed has been removed and the owner was going to have a new fitted bed built in but has not yet done so therefore i have used an old master bedroom picture to give you a better idea of the bedroom area. There is also a matching canvass pram hood for the back of the boat which is stored away at the moment and she is fitted with a Vetus bow thruster. The boat was refitted in 2012.
You walk through the stern companionway into the master bedroom with fitted wardrobe and wall lights (Bed needs replacing). As you walk down the passage you come to a lovely bathroom with full size shower, wash basin with built in vanity units, heated towel rail and toilet. The next room is the second bedroom with a built in single bed with under bed storage and privacy door. You then come into the galley with plenty of storage, full size cooker, fridge/freezer, stainless sink and breakfast bar. The saloon is nice and spacious with a large settee which converts into a double and a lounge chair, 37in TV and Bang & Olufsen wall mounted stereo system, 2 side hatches and a diesel fuelled stove. There are 2 radiators in the saloon and passageway.
This is a very high specification boat and is well worth a look if you want a modern, comfortable live aboard or cruiser. Viewing highly recommended.
Please note that i have used the 3D pictures from earlier this year to give you a perspective of the interior until i can get to the boat with the 3D camera. The only difference is that there is more personal effects in the boat now.
