Broker's Comments
A very comfortable and homely looking Narrowboat, completed to a good standard.
The current owners have undertaken quite a lot of work on her including installing a new water heater, and overplating the hull in a couple of areas raised in the last survey. All the windows appear to be in good order as do the fixtures and fittings. She has a good size head and huge master bed which can also be turned into two singles or two sofas. The saloon can also be turned into a double and has a table which can be slotted into the flooring to create a dining area.
She appears to be well looked after throughout. The only things I did notice maintenance wise was the exterior paint is starting to peel in a few places and could do with a touch up or repaint.
