Broker's Comments
Good old river boats these Dawncraft 25's. This particular one has at some stage been largely rebuilt inside - not exactly a high quality joinery job but certainly adequate for pottering about on the river. And economical to buy and run.
She had a new cockpit cover in 2012 which looks good.
A city centre mooring is available with this boat subject to acceptance and approval of the new owner by the harbour master.
