Broker's Comments
This Brichwood TS37 is the Aft Cabin version and looks to be in excellent condition.
The owners aft cabin has a large island berth and en-suite heads with shower. The accommodation is very spacious with plenty of storage throughout. There is room to sleep 8, a day heads forward of the saloon, a dining area and a well equipped galley.
The engines have completed just 1800 hours and were serviced in May 2017. There is a comprehensive level of instrumentation repeated at both helm positions.
Overall this is a very nice example with a good history of ownership, maintenance and upgrades.
